Chef Damien's passion for quality food started at a very young age. He can't remember a time when he wasn't dying to get into the kitchen and create a delicious meal. After graduating high school in 2005 he joined the Navy. Four years were spent serving up the best dishes on The U.S.S. Hopper. While enlisted, Damien was a Team Leader for the first fleet to sweep all three culinary challenges! Two years of management experience at Denny's was followed by six and a half years as a manager and General Manager for Chili's. Damien first broke into the mobile food truck industry working for Dave on The Flying Pig BBQ Truck. Megan and Damien married in the Spring of 2012, and are thrilled to be following a lifelong dream of owning and operating their own Food Truck!
